services, under licence to the Federal Government. JacS, as a provider
of
Job Placement services, has committed to observe the highest standard

professional practice in the delivery of its services and will ensure

- The lodgement of vacancies on Australian JobSearch, received from Clients and employer groups
- The placement of eligible job seekers, into vacancies that have been lodged on Australian JobSearch
- The canvassing of employers for vacancies
- The screening and referral to vacancies of suitable candidates
- The vacancy details on Australian JobSearch, including remuneration and contact details, are clear and accurate
- The information we collect from clients is kept confidential and is relevant and necessary
The integrity and good reputation of Job Placement services is upheld by:

Avoiding any practice or activity that could reasonably be foreseen to
bring Job Placement services into disrepute.
Complying with all relevant Australian laws, including privacy, fair trading,
trade practices and anti-discrimination laws.
The facilities and the premises from which we deliver Job Placement Services
comply with all privacy requirements
JacS has undertaken to perform all services to a high standard
and will
ensure all staff are fully trained and aware of the terms and conditions
of the Licence at all times.
